About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Lead Software Developer with robust experience in building, modernizing, and supporting enterprise applications using C#, .NET, SQL Server, APIs, and Microsoft Azure. The role manages a small team of developers and serves as the technical lead for assigned enterprise applications and services.
The candidate will own technical delivery, guide solution design, resolve complex engineering problems, review code, coach developers, and manage team members. Demonstrated experience applying AI-assisted development across the software development lifecycle is mandatory, along with practical exposure to creating or integrating AI-enabled application features, APIs, workflows, or proofs of concept. This is a software engineering and technical leadership role, not a data science or AI model research position.
