Our experience includes work associated with Facebook Data Centers, Tesla Gigafactories, Google Pacific Shore, Tata projects, and international residential and commercial projects.
We are looking for a Growth Associate who can actively contribute to our business development efforts and help build a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
What You'll Do• Conduct client outreach on behalf of the Founder and Co-Founder through email, LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Identify and research potential clients, companies, consultants, developers,



and business opportunities relevant to Inches N Feet.
• Generate, qualify, enrich, and maintain leads and prospects.
• Draft qualified client emails, outreach messages, follow-ups, and business communication.
• Manage lead nurturing and follow-up activities to move prospects through the business development pipeline.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify current sectors, markets, companies, and potential opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions.
• Independently work on pricing and preparing bills/quotations based on project requirements and internal guidelines.
• Assist the Co-Founder with business development, sales, and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate client onboarding and ensure required information and documentation are collected.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, opportunities, proposals, and follow-ups in the company's CRM/track
