What You’ll Do

As the Assistant Manager – Inside Sales Support at AssessPrep, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.
You will work closely with the Inside Sales team to manage lead pipelines, maintain accurate CRM data, coordinate follow-ups, prepare sales reports,



and ensure prospects move smoothly through the sales funnel.
The role requires robust ownership, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across sales, marketing, customer success, and other internal teams.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Sales Operations & Coordination

• Support the Inside Sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations and activities.
• Track leads and opportunities across different stages of the sales funnel.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of pending sales actions.
• Coordinate internally to resolve operational issues that may delay or impact the sales process.
• Maintain visibility on sales activities, priorities, and pending actions for the team.

MIS Reporting & Sales Analytics

• Prepare, maintain, and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Track key sales metrics, including leads generated, lead qualification, meetings, demo
