Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will identify and engage prospective customers,



present product solutions, and support clients in selecting suitable ladders, scaffolding, and storage systems. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, preparing quotes, conducting product demonstrations, and following up on leads to close sales. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and updating sales records and reports. The Sales Associate will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to meeting individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications

• Robust sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation.
• Ability to understand and explain technical product features related to industrial equipment and storage solutions.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge
