Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads,



and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing authors and institutional partners. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, present publishing solutions, prepare proposals, and support negotiations to close deals aligned with company goals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, providing regular performance reports, and ensuring a high standard of client service and communication. The role calls for proactive outreach through calls, meetings, events, and digital channels to expand the company’s market presence.
