About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Field Technician – Commissioning & Maintenance who can independently handle the technical transition of an elevator from installation completion through testing, commissioning and handover, and subsequently support preventive maintenance, breakdown servicing and troubleshooting.
This is a hands-on field position requiring robust practical knowledge of elevator electrical, electronic and mechanical systems,



along with the ability to diagnose faults systematically rather than through trial and error.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Commissioning
• Inspect completed elevator installations before commencement of commissioning.
• Verify electrical wiring, terminations, control-panel connections, earthing, safety circuits and associated components.
• Carry out testing, adjustment and commissioning of elevators in accordance with approved procedures and project requirements.
• Configure and troubleshoot controllers, drives/VVVF systems and related operating parameters.
• Check motor operation, brake function, encoder/sensor feedback and relevant control signals.
• Test landing-door and car-door operation, door locks, interlocks, sensors and door operators.
• Check lift travel, acceleration, deceleration, stopping accuracy and floor levelling.
• Test limit switches, final limits, inspection operation and applicable safety functions.
