Job Description

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information secure. That includes:

• Work at a prestigious, high-security site within a professional environment.
• Monitor and protect people, property, and assets.
• Conduct patrols and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Manage access control, visitors, and contractors.
• Operate CCTV, alarm, and access control systems.
• Complete reports and maintain accurate security records.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence.
• Previous experience as a Security Officer or within a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Robust customer service skills with a skilled approach.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.
• Experience completing reports, incident logs, and security documentation.
• Positive understanding of health & safety and security procedures.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Security Clearance (SC).
