Aphrodite Global Ingredients is the ingredients solutions provider to India's supplement and food brands. Whey proteins, amino acids, plant proteins, bio-actives, sugar replacers and cocoa, imported from global manufacturers and delivered to brands across India. We also run our own ingredient brands.
We started in 2017 as a one-person operation in Mumbai. Today we're a 20-person team working with 100+ brands.
We're still small enough that your work gets noticed. You'll talk to customers, suppliers and the founder directly. If you want a role with fixed boundaries and a slow pace, this isn't it. If you want to learn and participate in running a growing business, it is.

Role Description
This is a full time, in office role based in Vidyavihar, Mumbai. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in HR, admin, or both.
You will be the one HR and admin person for a 20-person team. That means hiring,



onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and the policies that hold it together. It also means running the office: vendors, supplies, travel bookings, maintenance, and making sure things work before anyone notices they didn't.
You will work directly with the founder on hiring plans and team culture. There is no HR department to hide behind. If something is broken, you fix it.

Knowledge and Skills Required
• End-to-end recruitment: writing posts, screening, scheduling, closing offers.
• Working knowledge of payroll inputs, PF, ESIC, PT, and the Shops and Establishments Act.
• Comfort with onboarding, exits, documentation, and employee records.
• Ability to manage office vendors, travel, courier, and housekeeping without follow-ups.
• Discretion. You will handle salaries and personal matters.
• Good written and spoken English and Hindi. Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
