Role Description
The NPD (New Product Development) – Supplements role is a full time, in office position based in Connaught Place. This role involves leading end-to-end development of nutritional supplement products, from concept to commercialization, aligned with Fitspire’s vegan and vegetarian, chemical- and steroid-free standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and consumer research,



collaborating with R&D; and quality teams on formulations, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturing partners, and ensuring regulatory and labeling compliance. The role also includes preparing product documentation, supporting product testing and trials, and working closely with marketing and sales teams to plan launches and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
• Product development and formulation skills, preferably in nutritional supplements, functional foods, or health and wellness products.
• Knowledge of vegan and vegetarian ingredients, clean-label trends, and chemical- and steroid-free supplement standards.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, labeling requirements, and quality assurance processes in the food, nutraceutical, or FMCG sector.
• Solid research and analytical skills for market assessment, competitor analysis, and consumer insight generation.
