Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate shop-floor workers and ensure proper manpower utilization.
• Manage and monitor worker shifts, attendance, and deployment.
• Ensure smooth and effective functioning of the production line.
• Monitor production quality, productivity, and adherence to standard processes.
• Maintain and update daily production records and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve production-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical
• 1+ year supervisory experience (Rubber Industry)
• Act independently
