Team Lead – Accounts | Ahmedabad

Petpooja is looking for a Team Lead – Accounts to lead end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and month-end/quarter-end closures.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage AP, AR, General Ledger and account reconciliations.
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS and reports.
Manage GST, TDS, statutory and tax compliances.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Drive accounting automation and AI adoption initiatives.
Improve accounting processes, SOPs and internal controls.
Lead, mentor and manage the Accounts team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and management.

Required Qualifications:




4–6 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts, Financial Reporting & Compliance.
Solid knowledge of accounting standards, AP/AR, GL and financial closures.
Experience with audits, GST and TDS.
Positive knowledge of ERP and MS Excel.
Solid analytical, communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Exposure to AI/automation in finance will be an added advantage.
