About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – QS & Planning to be part of our Head Office team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for providing centralized QS, planning, cost monitoring, project controls, and performance management support across ASBL’s ongoing and upcoming high-rise residential projects.

The position will work closely with Project Heads, Planning Teams, QS/Commercial Teams, Execution Teams, Consultants, Procurement, Contracts and Corporate Management to ensure projects are delivered as per approved schedules, budgets, quantities and business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in high-rise residential construction, with the ability to independently analyze project performance, identify risks and delays,



drive corrective actions and provide meaningful management-level MIS and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
• Develop, review and monitor overall project schedules across multiple high-rise residential projects.
• Review project baseline programs, detailed execution schedules, milestones and key deliverables.
• Monitor progress against approved baseline and identify schedule slippages and critical activities.
• Review Primavera P6 / MS Project schedules submitted by project teams.
• Analyze critical path, near-critical activities, float and project milestones.
• Ensure project teams maintain realistic and achievable schedules.
• Review and validate recovery / catch-up programs for delayed projects.
• Monitor project lifecycle progress from excavation/foundation through RCC, finishing, MEP, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Identify potential delays and work with project teams to develop corrective and preventive action
