About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Retail Expansion to drive recent store expansion opportunities across markets.
The role will focus on identifying and evaluating potential malls and high-street properties, conducting market and property assessments, negotiating commercial terms, and converting qualified leads into successful store contracts.
The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to malls, retail real estate, property evaluation, commercial negotiations, and end-to-end business development.

Key Responsibilities




• Identify and source potential malls, high-street locations, and retail properties for store expansion.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with mall developers, landlords, leasing teams, brokers, and property owners.
• Conduct market research and evaluate properties based on catchment, footfall, visibility, competition, rentals, commercial viability, and brand fit.
• Conduct property visits and site evaluations across assigned markets.
• Shortlist and present qualified property leads as per company SOPs and expansion criteria.
• Prepare property evaluation reports and business cases for internal review.
• Drive opportunities from lead generation to negotiation and closure of commercial agreements.
• Negotiate key commercial terms including rentals, CAM, lock-in, deposits, revenue share, fit-out periods, and other relevant terms.
