Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and nurturing customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying new business prospects, communicating with potential clients, and providing excellent customer service.



The role requires a proactive approach to driving business growth and achieving company goals.

Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunities
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Lead Generation and Market Research experience to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain and strengthen client relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work workplace
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the IT Industry specialized in SAP solution is a Desirable
