Assist in daily production planning and execution.
Supervise mould preparation, reinforcement, casting, demoulding, and curing activities.
Monitor production targets, manpower allocation, and material utilization.
Ensure production output aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
Maintain accurate daily production records and reports.
Requirements
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech – Civil Engineering
Diploma / B. Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in production/engineering.
Basic knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, and moulding processes preferred.
Solid attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in a rapid-paced production environment.
