Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role based in Noida. The HR Intern will support day-to-day human resources operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. Responsibilities include helping maintain employee records, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.



The role also involves coordinating training sessions, handling basic HR documentation, and providing administrative support to the HR team to ensure smooth personnel management and consistent HR practices across the organization.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Advantages.
• Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee data handling.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in office in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with digital platforms and HR software.
• An interest in the retail and technology sector
