The HR Generalist acts as a partner to Marvell’s HRBP team by providing skilled HR support and guidance relevant to their internal client groups with the objective of adding value to Marvell’s business. This is a great prospect for an individual who is looking to build upon and/or expand their experience in supporting the HR business partner organization in the areas of program management, data analytics and reporting.
What You Can Expect




• Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and coordinate across the global HR BP team to deliver business and HR initiatives such as organization reviews; performance management process; compensation planning cycle; talent review and succession planning processes; and workforce reductions, when applicable.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reports and analytics in support of HR BP and business leader objectives.
• Support the HR Business Partners and client line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy.
• Act as a liaison between the HR BPs and global COE leaders to ensure that HR programs are aligned with internal client needs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and assist in driving initiatives aligned to the BU Strategy.
• Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
