Role Description The Hydraulic Field Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving sales of hydraulic hoses and related products within assigned territories. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, managing customer inquiries, and providing technical product guidance to distributors, OEMs, and end users. The role involves conducting virtual and field-based sales presentations, developing proposals, and negotiating pricing and terms in line with company policies. The specialist will maintain regular contact with clients, coordinate with internal sales operations and logistics teams,



and track opportunities and activities using CRM tools. This position requires extensive field work and travelling.

Qualifications
• Knowledge of hydraulic hoses, industrial hose applications, or hydraulic systems is must to be considered for this position
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and convert prospects into customers.
• Candidates should possess experience in Sales Operations to manage quotations, orders, and CRM updates efficiently.
• Proven field or remote sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors is preferred.
