Role Overview

We are looking for a D2C Influencer Marketing professional to drive influencer and creator-led growth in the US market. The candidate will manage creator partnerships, influencer campaigns, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for the US D2C market.
• Identify, research, and onboard relevant US-based influencers and creators.
• Manage end-to-end influencer outreach, communication, negotiation, and collaboration.
• Plan and execute campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create influencer briefs and coordinate content delivery and campaign timelines.
• Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and revenue.
• Identify high-performing creators and scale successful partnerships.
• Explore UGC, affiliate marketing, creator commerce,



and paid amplification opportunities.
• Monitor US influencer trends, competitors, and emerging creators.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and performance teams to achieve business goals.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, D2C, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing influencer/creator campaigns.
• Experience working with US-based creators or the US consumer market.
• Solid understanding of D2C customer acquisition and influencer-led growth.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data.
• Experience with platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid ownership, execution, and relationship-building skills.
