Koch Capabilities India is seeking a Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable data platforms, pipelines, and database solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. You will leverage your technical expertise to build reliable, high-performance data systems, automate data processes, and ensure the availability, integrity, and efficiency of enterprise data assets.

We work closely with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain data products, pipelines, and APIs that support analytics, reporting, and business applications. What You Will Do

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
• Design, architect,



and develop end-to-end relational and NoSQL database solutions based on business requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and approaches to deliver scalable and maintainable data solutions.
• Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines using technologies such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, Spark, Java, and Python.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into system designs, data flows, data models, and technical solutions.
• Develop applications and solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, design standards, and engineering best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database and data platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Automate operational processes and build monitoring tools to improve system efficiency and observability.
