We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the fullrecruitment cyclefrom sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviewsand onboarding current hires. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding oftalent acquisition strategies and a passion for identifying top talent to support ourorganizations growth .

Roles And Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and implementingeffective recruiting strategiesConduct thorough
• candidate screening, including initial telephonic / competencybased assessments and eligibility verification to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications; perform job and task analysis to define role requirements and objectives.




• Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings across various platforms,including job boards, newspapers, and collegesresumes and applications efficiently .
• Conduct interviews using reliable selection methods and tools to ensure timely and effective hiring.
• Apply HR recruiting best practices and generate recruitment reports for teammanagers.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffingagency recruiter) .
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phonenterviewing, reference check etc.)
