About the Role
We are looking for a Travel Operations Associate to manage day-to-day travel requirements for corporate clients. The role involves handling flight, hotel and ground transportation bookings, coordinating with vendors, managing amendments and cancellations, and ensuring timely resolution of travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Travel Booking Operations
• Handle domestic and international flight, hotel and cab bookings.
• Check availability, fares, policies, cancellation terms and other booking conditions.
• Process amendments, cancellations, reissues and rescheduling as required.
• Ensure accurate passenger/guest and travel details before confirmation.
Client & Vendor Coordination
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable travel options.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, cab vendors and other travel partners.
• Follow up on pending confirmations, refunds, cancellations and other operational requirements.
• Handle travel-related queries and resolve issues within defined TAT.
Booking Documentation
• Maintain booking records, confirmations, invoices and other supporting documents.
• Update internal systems, trackers and MIS accurately.
• Ensure all booking and traveller information is complete and error-free.
Billing & Reconciliation Support
• Coordinate with Finance and vendors for invoices, bills and supporting documents.
• Assist with booking-to-bill verification and refund follow-ups.
• Track pending payments, refunds and other open items.
Operations & Service Quality
• Manage multiple travel requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Escalate critical issues and ensure timely closure.
• Follow company processes, service standards and client requirements.
