Role Description The Assistant Manager Human Resources is a full time, in office role based in Vrindavan. This position is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for the hotel. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll inputs,



and supporting performance management processes. The role will handle employee relations, ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations, and help implement training and development initiatives. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will also support HR reporting, assist with HR audits, and collaborate with department heads to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
