Job Title: B2B Vendor Management Executive – Travel Agency
Job Summary:
We are looking for a B2B Vendor Management Executive to build, onboard, and manage relationships with travel vendors and service partners. The candidate will be responsible for vendor verification, onboarding, coordination, meetings, rate negotiation, and maintaining a reliable network of travel suppliers to ensure smooth operations and competitive travel packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with B2B travel vendors and service providers across different destinations.
Verify vendors based on company details, services, documents, pricing, and business credibility.
Handle complete vendor onboarding, including documentation, registration, agreements, and database updates.
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, activity providers, tour operators, guides, and other travel suppliers.
Maintain robust and qualified relationships with existing vendors.
Conduct regular vendor meetings and business discussions regarding rates, services, availability, and requirements.




Negotiate competitive B2B rates, packages, and commercial terms with vendors.
Coordinate with vendors for hotel availability, transfers, sightseeing, activities, and other travel services.
Follow up with vendors for quotations, confirmations, payments, documents, and operational requirements.
Monitor vendor performance and resolve service-related issues in coordination with the operations team.
Maintain an updated database of vendors, rates, contracts, and contact details.
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to provide suitable vendor options for customer requirements.
Explore and onboard current vendors to expand the company's destination-wise travel network.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in B2B travel, vendor management, travel operations, supplier coordi
