Responsibilities
• Conduct B2B lead generation through various online and offline channels.
• Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
• Perform B2B cold calling to introduce company services and generate business opportunities.
• Execute cold email campaigns and follow-up communications.
• Schedule meetings and appointments with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with current and existing customers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide general sales support, including needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations.
• Serve as a customer advocate and liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates.
• Track and manage leads using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Identify interested prospects and convert them into potential business prospects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, cold calling, or business development is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
