We’re Hiring | AI Annotation Specialist – HealthcareIndiVillage is looking for an AI Annotation Specialist – Healthcare to support the development and evaluation of next-generation Healthcare Conversational AI solutions.

In this role, you will work with healthcare customer interactions across voice, chat, email, SMS and digital channels, helping create high-quality datasets that improve virtual assistants, contact-centre automation, agent-assist tools, conversation summarization and next-best-action solutions.

What You’ll Do• Annotate and validate healthcare customer interactions using defined annotation guidelines and taxonomies.
• Classify customer intents, sub-intents and healthcare workflows, including complex multi-intent conversations.
• Identify and label conversation stages, customer requests, agent responses, resolutions, follow-ups and escalation reasons.
• Transcribe and validate relevant portions of voice interactions.
• Annotate healthcare entities and key information while maintaining the original meaning and context.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance,



completeness, clarity and alignment with customer intent.
• Review conversations with a solid focus on domain accuracy, customer empathy, privacy and compliance.
• Identify quality issues, document findings and escalate exceptions appropriately.
• Consistently apply annotation and quality standards across large datasets.

What We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Information Management, Business Administration or a related field.
