Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• NISM Series V-A certification is mandatory or candidates must be willing to obtain it within the required timeline.

Experience

• 1-6years of experience in sales, telesales, relationship management, banking, mutual funds, insurance, or wealth management.

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and client-focused Client Success Partners to join our Client Success team. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their financial goals, building long-term relationships, and guiding them toward suitable investment opportunities.

The position is suitable for professionals with experience in sales, customer success, banking, mutual funds, insurance, wealth management, or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and drive investment conversations through proactive client outreach.




• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through effective follow-ups and client engagement.
• Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client goals, investment preferences, and risk appetite.
• Conduct portfolio discussions and identify prospects for additional investments.
• Educate clients on Mutual Funds, Equity, Debt, Bonds, and other investment products.
• Explain mutual fund categories, asset allocation, diversification, and goal-based investing.
• Conduct risk profiling and provide suitable investment guidance based on role level and certification.
• Maintain accurate client records and interactions in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on financial markets, mutual funds, regulations, and investment products.
