Role Description The Customer Support Executive will provide in office customer service and support from the Gurugram office in a full-time capacity. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves documenting interactions, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams, and following up to ensure resolution. The Customer Support Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain knowledge of products and services,



and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and customer satisfaction.
