About the Role
Chainway India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth and sales across North/South India.
The role is primarily focused on business development, sales, customer acquisition and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of B2B sales and solution-based selling, with the ability to independently identify opportunities, develop customer relationships and convert prospects into long-term business.
Experience in RFID, Barcode, AIDC, Auto-ID, Enterprise Mobility, IoT or related technology solutions will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive business development and sales growth across the assigned North India region.
• Identify recent business opportunities, target accounts and potential customer segments.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and drive prospects through the complete sales cycle.




• Build strong and long-term relationships with customers, key decision-makers, channel partners and other relevant stakeholders.
• Understand customer business requirements and identify appropriate technology and solution opportunities.
• Lead customer meetings, product presentations, solution discussions, negotiations and commercial engagements.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, tenders and commercial opportunities.
• Develop new accounts while strengthening relationships with existing customers and exploring opportunities for business expansion.
• Identify new industries, applications and market opportunities for RFID, Barcode and AIDC solutions.
• Work closely with internal product and technical teams to ensure effective solution development and customer support.
