About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, customer communication, lead generation, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with potential and existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Assist the sales team in generating and following up on leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues promptly.
• Maintain customer and lead records accurately.
• Follow up with prospects and support the conversion process.




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Prepare basic sales and customer-support reports.

Requirements:
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
