About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager / Senior Manager to manage the end-to-end lead conversion process across WedAssist’s Field Relationship Manager (RM) and Telesales teams.
The role carries overall accountability for team structure, sales execution, process adherence and achievement of WedAssist package sales targets across both channels: face-to-face interactions and venue visits through Field RMs, and inbound customer calls through Telesales. A key focus will be ownership of telesales processes, scripting and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
• Hire, train and manage Field RM and Telesales teams based on workload and business requirements.
• Ensure appropriate team structures and staffing across both functions.




• Build a disciplined, high-performance work culture through incentive programmes, rewards and recognition initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate telesales calling quality and customer response, along with Field RM visit execution.

Lead Management
• Ensure prompt contact and timely face-to-face engagement for Field RM leads within defined timelines.
• Ensure every inbound telesales call is responded to and handled according to the standardised script and call flow.
• Ensure both teams provide accurate venue information and clearly explain the features and perks of WedAssist packages and services.
• Maintain ownership and accountability throughout the lead management process across both channels.

Sales and Conversions
• Achieve WedAssist package sales targets across Field RM and Telesales channels.
• Track and improve customer satisfaction, booking conversions and call conversions using a standardised sales
