Job Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves developing and implementing security policies and procedures, managing security incidents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, a deep understanding of cybersecurity practices, and a proactive approach to managing and mitigating cyber risks.
v Audit, Harden and suggest mitigation on improving overall Cyber Security posture at Jakson Group Level.
v Develop and implement the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and roadmap
v Coordinate with other departments to ensure cybersecurity practices are integrated across all business functions.
v Identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks and implement mitigation strategies.
v Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address potential threats.
v Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, including containment, eradication, and recovery.
v Develop and maintain incident response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure readiness.




v Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
v Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices -ISO 27001.
v Prepare and present regular reports on cybersecurity posture, incidents, and improvements to senior management.
v Oversee the implementation and management of security monitoring tools and technologies.
v Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for employees to promote awareness and protected practices.
v Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to enhance the organization's security posture.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in developing and managing cybersecurity strategies and policies.
