Position - Assistant Manager Sales
Location - Chennai
Role Summary - We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager in Weighing Automation to drive business growth and expand market presence. The role will focus on sales and marketing of industrial automation and weighing solutions including- weighing scales, weighing controllers, check weighers , bag filling machines, and weighing software.
The candidate will be responsible for developing recent markets, managing key accounts and leading sales initiatives across assigned territories.

Responsibilities-
• Drive sales of machinery and automation products such as Weighing Controllers, Check Weighers, Bag Filling Machines, Liquid Filling Machines, Weighing Scales, and Weighing Software.




• Identify and develop current customers and markets to ensure long-term revenue growth.
• Develop and manage key accounts within the assigned territory.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.

Qualifications & Experience-
• Bachelor degree in Engineering(Electrical, Electronics, Industrial or related field) preferred.
• MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience:
• 6-12yearsofexperience in direct or channel sales.
• Candidates from industries such as industrial automation, weighing solutions, packaging machinery, OEMs, pharma chemicals or manufacturing will be preferred.
