Role Description The Facilities Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities operations across assigned properties. This role includes supervising technical and soft services, ensuring building systems and equipment are maintained,



and coordinating with service providers and internal teams for smooth functioning of all facilities. The Facilities Manager will monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, manage budgets, and track performance against agreed service levels. The role involves handling vendor management, scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, resolving onsite issues promptly, and supporting continuous improvements in operational efficiency and workplace experience. The Facilities Manager will also prepare regular reports, support audits, and contribute to client relationship management by maintaining transparent communication and high service standards.
