The Role
We’re looking for a Script Writer who can turn ideas, briefs and brand objectives into compelling stories. The role will involve writing scripts for advertising films, digital campaigns, institutional films and internal company films, with a strong focus on storytelling and explicit communication.
Key Responsibilities
Develop concepts, scripts and storylines for ad films and digital campaigns.
Write scripts for institutional, corporate and internal company films.
Understand client briefs and translate business objectives into engaging narratives.
Research education-sector brands, audiences, trends and communication styles.
Create compelling hooks, dialogues, voiceovers and storytelling structures.
Collaborate closely with the creative, production,
direction and editing teams.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas beyond the script.
Adapt scripts based on client feedback while maintaining the core creative idea.
Ensure scripts are grammatically sound, engaging and appropriate for the intended audience.
Develop multiple creative approaches when required for a campaign or brief.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in scriptwriting, advertising, branded content, digital media or film production.
Robust storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent command of English and Hindi/Hinglish, with the ability to write naturally for different audiences.
Understanding of advertising and video content formats.
Ability to write both emotion-led storytelling and clear, informative communication.
Solid research skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
