Role Description The Operations Team Member role is a full-time, in office position based in Kolkata. This role involves managing day-to-day travel operations, including handling bookings, coordinating itineraries, and ensuring accurate documentation for corporate and M.I.C.E-related travel. The Operations Team Member will communicate with clients and B2B partners, resolve operational issues, and support smooth execution of travel plans and events. Responsibilities also include monitoring service delivery, updating internal systems,



collaborating with sales and project teams, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with company processes.
