About the Job:
You'll own end-to-end order fulfilment for our B2C orders and handle the logistics for our B2B orders, from the moment an order comes in to the moment it's delivered and the POD is back.

Responsibilities:
• Process and track Shopify orders from receipt to delivery, and keep pending, delayed, cancelled and delivered orders under control
• Keep order details, quantities and addresses accurate
• Work with the warehouse to dispatch on time
• Plan B2B shipments and pick transporters and couriers based on size, destination, cost and timelines
• Track every shipment and chase delays, failed deliveries and pending PODs until they're closed
• Keep customers updated on delivery schedules and shipment status
• Keep invoices,



delivery challans and PODs in order for every B2B shipment
• Coordinate across sales, warehouse, accounts and logistics, and handle escalations
• Send daily dispatch and delivery status reports
• Maintain records of freight costs, shipments and transporter performance, compare transporters, and find ways to cut cost and speed up delivery

What We’re Looking For:
• 2 to 3 years in logistics, order fulfilment or supply chain operations
• B2B logistics experience (preferred)
• Hands-on Shopify order management (strongly preferred)
• Positive grip on shipment tracking and transporter coordination
• Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Fluent Hindi and English (mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Organised and proactive, with the discipline to follow up relentlessly and manage many orders at once in a fast-paced setup
• D2C, FMCG or food experience is a plus
