Job Description

This role delivers technical architecture and consulting expertise to enterprise customers and prospects, allowing them to maximize their investment in Microsoft cloud technology. The ideal candidates will have experience leading projects in a customer-facing consulting role and proven success in implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions. While this role is focused on Microsoft 365, some work with Azure may be required depending on project needs.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead M365 consulting projects, working directly with client stakeholders to align business needs to technology solutions
Participate in pre-sales for M365 projects, including requirements gathering, client presentations, and estimates
Create solution architectures, migration plans,



and executive presentations on M365 Up-to-date Workplace solutions
Perform hands-on implementation work as part of consulting projects
Provide project leadership to other team members, being responsible for the overall success and delivery of the solution
Interface directly with client IT, business, and executive teams, providing guidance and support throughout projects
Lead architecture reviews, governance boards, and design discussions with senior client stakeholders
Occasional escalation support for managed services clients or other project teams
