Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Engage with prospective learners, understand their requirements, and convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective sales conversations.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and follow-ups to counselling, objection handling, and final conversion.
• Develop strong relationships with prospective and enrolled learners through proactive communication and personalized engagement.

• Consistently meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, conversions, and enrollments.
• Understand learner career goals and recommend relevant programs that align with their qualified and learning requirements.
• Address customer concerns professionally and communicate program benefits, outcomes, and value propositions effectively.
• Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, pipeline stages, and conversion status in the CRM.




• Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve lead quality, customer experience, and conversion rates.
• Gather learner feedback and market insights to identify sales opportunities and improve pitching, communication, and conversion strategies.
