Conduct drum classes for students from Classes 3 to 8.

Teach students according to their age, ability, and learning level.

Develop and follow a structured drum curriculum aligned with the school's music program.

Teach fundamental and advanced aspects of drumming, including grip, posture, rudiments, coordination, rhythm, timing, fills, grooves, and playing techniques.

Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain individual student progress records and communicate development areas where required.

Prepare students for school assemblies, concerts, annual functions, competitions, and other performances.

Conduct rehearsals and help students develop ensemble and performance skills.

Maintain discipline and create an engaging,



secure, and positive classroom workplace.

Select suitable exercises, songs, and learning materials based on students' age and ability.

Encourage students to develop musicality, confidence, creativity, and stage presence.

Coordinate with the Music Department / School Management for curriculum planning and events.

Ensure proper handling and maintenance of drums, percussion instruments, and related equipment.

Participate in school activities, workshops, music events, and other duties related to the music department.
