Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.Adequate Knowledge of Maintenance of Electronic systems & Drives, Trouble Shooting of Electrical & electronic systems of equipment's(Machining centres - Makino/Mazak/AMS/BFW/LMW) with Fanuc & Siemens systems & drives. Knowledge of electrical & electronic on SPM, GPM, Cleaning machines, Hydraulic press.
2.Adequate Knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi & Siemens),handson experience on Developing recent PLC program & modifications.
3.Adequate Knowledge of IMS & OHSAS.
4.Work on experience on RCM, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance analysis, CBM, TBM
5.System Knowledge -SAP PM module, MS office, Valuable in PPT.
6.Work on Experience on TPM, TQM.
7.Adequate Knowledge of Legal, statutory requirements.
8.Adequate Knowledge of Spare Management.
9.Capability for handling of manpower.
