Primary Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, display advertising, paid search, and partner marketing
• Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance against defined goals, KPIs, and ROI targets, providing actionable recommendations for improvement
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):



Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize the effectiveness of marketing programs across channels
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Define and execute ABM strategies for high-value target accounts, aligning closely with sales priorities to drive pipeline growth and business impact
• Marketo B2B Email Marketing: Design, launch, and optimize B2B email nurture journeys and campaigns using Marketo to enhance engagement and lead progression
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage marketing data and analytics to generate insights, identify opportunities, and inform strategic marketing decisions
• Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and maximize return on marketing investments
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other key stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs
