Role Description The Learning and Development Specialist will design, implement,



and evaluate learning programs that strengthen technical, safety, and leadership capabilities across the organization. This full time, in office role based in Rajula involves conducting training needs assessments, developing structured learning paths, and creating instructional materials aligned with SDHI’s operational and strategic goals. The specialist will coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching interventions, while managing learning systems and tracking participation, progress, and outcomes. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with functional leaders to identify skill gaps, supporting compliance-related training, and continuously improving programs based on feedback and performance data. The role will also contribute to building a learning culture that supports employee development, operational excellence, and adherence to industry standards.
