Summary: We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage interior design projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will possess robust design sensibility, excellent client communication skills, and a deep understanding of space planning, materials, and current design trends.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the concept development, design presentations, and execution of interior projects.

 Prepare detailed design layouts, drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.

 Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and project teams.

 Oversee site supervision and ensure design integrity during execution.

 Select and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and color palettes.  Manage budgeting, timelines,



and project deliverables.

 Mentor and guide junior designers and draftsmen.

 Ensure compliance with local codes and standards.

 Regularly present and pitch ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.

 Minimum 6 years of proven interior design experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.

 Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit, or similar.

 Robust knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.  Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.  Creative thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
