Team Overview
The Sales Operations qualified will support the sales organization by optimizing sales processes, maintaining Salesforce.com (SFDC), driving pipeline governance, administering incentive data, generating business insights, and enabling effective sales execution. The role acts as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to improve productivity and revenue performance.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administration & Management
• Maintain data quality, integrity, and governance within Salesforce CRM.
• Manage accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads, and sales pipeline data.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, workflows, and sales analytics.
• Monitor chance progression and ensure compliance with sales processes.




• Partner with global Salesforce teams for enhancements, issue resolution, and user adoption.

Required Knowledge And Experiences
Sales Performance & Analytics
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze pipeline, bookings, revenue, conversion rates, and sales productivity metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to sales leadership for decision-making.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning exercises.
