As an Oracle EPM - Senior Manager you will lead consulting services focused on Oracle enterprise performance management solutions, helping clients assess needs, design and implement budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting capabilities. As a Senior Manager you will leverage your influence, strategic judgment, and client-facing communication skills within our Digital Core Modernisation practice to guide complex work,



coach teams through ambiguity, and bring structure to multi-workstream delivery. In this role at PwC, you will provide training and support for Oracle EPM tools, contribute to financial planning and analysis improvements, and drive work that connects technical solution design with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Leading Oracle EPM consulting engagements focused on budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
Advising clients on performance management approaches that align Oracle solutions with finance transformation goals
Designing and configuring Oracle EPM solutions to support planning, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
Managing complex project workstreams across stakeholders, timelines, and delivery dependencies
Applying financial planning, cost management, and profitability management skills to solve performance management challenges
