Territory Sales Manager - Digital Industries (Vapi)

Position Overview

Siemens Digital Industries is looking for a agile and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Vapi territory. The role involves developing and managing customer relationships across OEMs and End Users, promoting Siemens' portfolio of Automation, Drives, and Instrumentation solutions, and achieving sales targets within key industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
• Drive sales growth for Siemens Digital Industries products and solutions, including:
• Industrial Automation Systems
• PLCs and HMI
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Motion Control Solutions
• Process Instrumentation
• Industrial Software and Digitalization Solutions

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and develop current business prospects across the assigned territory.
• Generate demand creation activities with customers, consultants, and system integrators.
Customer Management
• Manage relationships with:




• OEM Customers
• End Users
• System Integrators
• Panel Builders
• EPC Contractors

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits to increase market penetration and customer engagement.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive support and relationship management.
