Job Summary:

Primary responsibility of this position is the support and maintenance of the HRIS (UKG). This individual serves as a technical point of contact for HR and payroll and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement prospects. Additional duties include supporting system enhancements, implementations, and process improvements.





Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

• Recommend process/customer service improvements, cutting-edge solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.

• Assist with third-party vendors and other stakeholders (e.g., payroll and IT).

• Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.

• Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing business needs.

• Help maintain data integrity in HR systems by running queries, performing audits, and analyzing data.

• Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
