Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and talent pipelines.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.




• Ensure a smooth and qualified candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Solid sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Positive communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities efficiently.
• Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms is preferred.
