About Interloop

Interloop is a People, Process, and
Technology consulting firm with offices in India and the UAE. For seven
consecutive years, we've grown profitably while helping startups, SMBs, and
mid-market enterprises align how they hire, sell, and scale. We're a leading
Zoho Partner — and now evolving from a services firm into a product-led
organisation building proprietary solutions that scale.

About the role

A CRM is only as valuable as the sales process
behind it. As a Junior Associate Consultant - CRM, you'll work with our
implementation team to put Zoho CRM and Zoho One to work for client
organizations - understanding how their sales teams operate, converting that
into modules, pipelines, and automation, testing it until it holds, and
documenting it so the client can run it without us. Requirement gathering,
configuration, automation, UAT, training. You'll touch every stage of the
implementation, and understand the business problem behind each one.

This role is for you if:

· You want to understand how a
business sells - not just which buttons the software has

· You like turning a messy,
verbal process into a clean system that runs on its own

· You'd rather ask the clarifying
question in the room than guess at your desk

· You're drawn to both sides of
the work - the consulting conversation and the hands-on build

What you'll do

CRM Implementation & Consulting

· Implement Zoho CRM and Zoho One
solutions for client organizations

· Configure modules, fields,
layouts, profiles, roles, permissions, and views

· Help design sales processes,
pipelines, and business workflows

· Support data migration —
cleaning, mapping, and validating client data before go-live

Requirement Gathering & Process Understanding

· Sit in client meetings and
requirement-gathering sessions

· Map how the client's business
runs today and identify where automation earns its place

· Convert business requirements
into CRM configurations - and document process flows, requirement do
